Fish Can Fly Too.

School has started and that means freshmen. Here is my blog about my advice to them. As freshmen you are excited and scared, curious and yet timid, shy and outgoing. How can you be all these things at once? Well have you ever been on Texas A&M campus? It is pretty big! I don’t even know where everything is and probably never will! If you want to make campus feel smaller join one or two organizations. There are so many opportunities to be a part of something. You say you don’t know which one to be a part of? My advice, FIND YOUR NICHE! I found mine right away, but some are not as lucky as me. Go to MSC Open House! It is this Sunday from 1-5 pm at Reed Arena and some booths are at Koldus. Just go. No excuses, I will be there. For the more experienced students please encourage the young ones to go, it won’t kill you to help them find their way around campus either. Say “howdy” and smile. Go to class and meet people. Spread your wings fish!
